LOW HYDROGEN ELECTRODE FOR WELDING HIGH TENSILE STEEL
Description:
MT-48 is Iow hydrogen type electrodes containing iron powder for ordinary Iow alloy steel. As the covering contains iron powder, it welds with high efficiency, the melting rate is around 110%. It operates in all positions on DC and AC(AC open circuit voltage◎70V). The deposited metal has high plasticity, better toughness and crack resistance.
Applications:
For welding key structures and 50 kg/m㎡class high tensile steel of ships and bridges.

Note on usage:
Welding electrodes should be baked at the temperature of 350℃ for one hour before welding.

In cartons of 20kgs net each, consisting of 8boxes x 2. 5kgs for 2. 5mm & 4boxes x 5kgs for other sizes. Then on pallets or without pallets are at the buyer’s option.
